We juice the ginger in small batches and keep the pulp intact (unfiltered) to give it a great body and mouthfeel.
Yes, our Craft Ginger Ale is non-alcoholic and it tastes great that way. However, it also goes great in an amazing cocktail if you wanna give it a try!
Traditionally, Ginger Beers were fermented and contained some alcohol content. Ginger Ales were brewed, but not fermented, while containing many of the same ingredients. Ginger Beer has some light fermented notes. To us, Ginger Ales are more clean, crisp, and bright, letting the ginger shine front and center.
